President

Marc began his insurance career in 2012 as an individual producer, leading from the front with impressive results. Deeply passionate about helping families, and approaching his work with ministerial zeal, led him to form his own highly successful agency. He firmly believes that all of his dreams can be realized through hard work, great mentorship and the ability to serve all types of people from every walk of life.

Everything we do is intentional and we believe in the ability to transform our words into reality. Our Vision Values exemplify our beliefs and office culture. We use these values daily, and pick a staff member to read one prior to every meeting we have. At the beginning of each month, we highlight one of the values and at the end of the month, we select an employee that exemplified the value the most.

LOVE

(Love the verb) We greet one another with excitement. We take pride in embracing one another’s strengths and securing each other’s weaknesses. We believe in helping others to feel supported and appreciated. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no records of wrong. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, it always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. We believe Love conquers all.

INTEGRITY

We approach our business relationships with Integrity and adhere to the highest ethical principles in all that we do. We believe in pushing through adversity and driving high levels of performance. As leaders we recognize that when it comes to standards, it’s not what we preach, it’s what we tolerate. When setting expectations, no matter what has been said or written if substandard performance has been accepted, and no one is held accountable, poor performance becomes the new standard. We will always do what is right; not what is easy, cheap, popular, or convenient.

GRATITUDE

We believe we should be filled with gratitude and appreciation, for it is an honor to have meaningful work serving others daily. We look for new ways and moments to say THANK YOU. Happiness is an attitude; we either make ourselves miserable, or happy and strong; the amount of work is the same. We believe work can be fun and we want to help others have fun. We believe that happy people are productive people and get more work done happily. We look for ways to put smiles on others’ faces. We look for ways to celebrate our team.

We go the extra mile for our teammates. The good of the team comes before the personal pride, comfort level, or agenda of any one individual. We believe in building TEAM leaders and seeing people, not for who they are, but for who they can become. We believe in rewarding people for excellence.

We believe in deliverables. Getting things done and delivering them before deadlines. Dotting i’s and crossing t’s is not just a saying, it’s what we do, it’s who we are! We believe in the highest forms of accountability to who we serve; clients, agents, and each other. We communicate until there are no questions left unanswered and encourage others to do the same. We have “CAN DO” attitudes and we “FIND A WAY” not look to find excuses.
