Tiffani is responsible for managing and coordination of getting on-boarded with the company and making sure new and existing agents have all of their contracting documentation completed and up to date.

As the Director of Operations , Maria is responsible for streamlining the efficient functions of the office, providing daily support to agents, clients, and the internal team. Maria works to facilitate a positive and fun team culture while driving powerful working relationships.
Natasha’s main role in the marketing department is to enable it to operate efficiently and deliver the desired business outcomes through people, processes, tech, and data. While using strategic, creative thinking skills and organization – she’s the “engine” that drives results in the department.
Klara's skills and strong work ethic have qualified her to be our President's right-hand person. As Marc Meade's Personal Assistant Klara carries out executive administration tasks in our office and plays a key role with helping the President run our company smoothly. Klara's role with Tristate is an important part of our company's growth.

Rob is part of our ever-growing hiring department. His role is to bring new agents on board by communicating our aggressive compensation schedules and our dynamic training effectively. Rob's skills and passion about hiring makes his role at Tri-State essential to the expansion of our company.
