Tripled my income

Pros
They pay the highest commission and do not resell their leads. Training is excellent and paid for by Family First life. My income was tripled they first year I started working for FFL. Also love the motto, built for agents buy agents. There is no contract with FFL which made me feel good about their intentions. They are basically saying if they don't provide the best program out there, I am free to leave with no cont…
Cons
Mediocre sales people do not feel comfortable with FFL because they expect high level production and honest producers. They also don't resell their leads so they are a tiny bit more expensive than most IMOs who sell them 10-15 times. Another con is that there are a lot of angry managers from other companies that don't want their agents to find out about how high FFLs commission structure is. In fear of them losing ag…

Pros
12 year insurance pro Fast on boarding They ACTUALLY have clients in my area No fees like most of the other people I've found (Pro tip, if they charge you for training sessions that says enough).
Cons
It's not something they can control but getting my releases from the carriers during my brief time at Equis was a hassle.

Advice to Management Keep doing what you're doing. Your compensation platform was an immediate 15% raise, that's a game changer for people starting in this business.

Pros
Very high energy team of leaders/top producer who is dedicated in training and motivating the sales team consistently !
Cons
There is no safety net ! You trip and stumble as you learn, no centralized command center to guide you back.

Advice to Management Must create, organize, devise a communal experience depository for agents to tap into the variety of pros & cons in selling products ! Bad experience can be voluntarily shared !

Pros
Unlimited is a potential outcome. This is a company for pros. Not newbies. You must know your business. The Company Design is admirable,
Cons
There is no mid-management for simple problems. Leads. Leads. Leads. When you request leads from the company and it takes months to receive them you are hung out to dry! You are forced into buying them from an outside source, which by the way, is owned by the upper management. This can be a real simple problem, but without a manger or an agency that is involved, turns into a major one. The training is actually videos by the ownership and the weekly "training calls" are just producers thumping their chests. They constantly push you to starting your own agency. I guess if it was that easy,., all of the independent producers would be agency owners.........

Advice to Management Figure out a better system to get leads to a producer. It shouldn't have to go through so many people to finally get to the one who is on the street. If you're going to continue to advertise "30 days free leads" than you should actually produce something other than regurgitated names and addresses. FRESH leads are not that hard to get. If you have a producer in the area, quit letting outside people come in and pilfer the leads for that area. It should be "Leads to the highest bidder" This is like a wild west free for all ! !
