At Family First Life we offer aggressive compensation. Our comp plan tops off at 140% which is well above the industry average as we believe in the producers being able to net as much money possible off of their personal production.
Raises in commission are given every two months based upon issued paid production numbers. If you are a high producer with proof of previous production then your starting commission level would be negotiable.
Your commission level represents the percentage that you will be paid off of the Annual Premium of the policies that you sell personally see the example here
